Clarence E. “C.E.” Pellicer

Flagler County Tax Collector (1917-1932)

C.E., a native of Axson, Ga., came to Bunnell in 1914 where he was engaged in the mercantile business. He had been actively identified in both civic and county affairs during his residence here. 

C.E. served as Tax Collector for Flagler County from the creation of the County in 1917 until the latter part of 1932 when he resigned from that office and Governor Carlton appointed Frank Mercer as his successor.
